Invertebrates - often a fishkeeper's ultimate challenge - but it is also true that keeping marine invertebrates is now a lot easier than ever before.
A well set up Marine tank can be one of the most impressive types of aquaria. Fish Are Us have a wide selection of invertebrates such as live Corals, Anemones, Shrimps and Starfish - some of which are pictured below.
Maze Brain
This is a hard coral, otherwise known as Platygyra lamellina to scientific buffs! Many consider the Platygyra species a low-maintenance specimen, with only moderate lighting needs.
Red Knobbly Starfish
Freshwater marine. Stunning colour. The pictured specimen is about 9cm across.
Elephant Ear Coral
This particular coral requires a lot of water circulation around it. It likes to eat filter feeding invert food, brine shrimp and micro-plankton a few times per week, when open.
Anenome Stone
Picture shows a collection of anenomes in a tight cluster on an aquarium stone.
Cleaner Shrimp
Tropical marine - these are ideal for all marine tanks - as the little fellows actually eat fish parasites, ensuring a healthy aquarium.
Pussey Coral
This is a soft coral - no skeleton. Ideal soft coral for beginner.
Clove polyp
Filter feeder. Allow adequate space, as this polyp will bud. Hardy. Keep water quality high.
Spikey Brain
Hard coral. Requires intensive lighting.
Cathedral Coral
This is a soft coral - no skeleton. In perfect conditions, this coral will grow well and is easy to propagate.
